In this downtown Portland condo we helped our customers move from builder white
to their custom color selection.
After a water pipe broke in their ceiling, The Columbia Edgewater Country Club knew
they had a drywall repair and painting project they couldn't handle on their
own.
We replaced drywall on their 30 foot ceiling, painted the entire lobby and
finished it off with a dazzling metallic ceiling paint.
Eileen knew she needed to fix up the paint before selling this home. Especially
the clear coated woodwork that had failing coating and was many different
colors.
After lots of prep, primer and 2 coats of paint the trim took on new life. Since
we needed to protect everything to paint the trim we were able to paint the
walls and ceilings for not much more.
With 14 different colors this downtown Portland waterfront condo was completely
transformed. The interior designers for this Pearl district condo created a
color scheme required all the walls, ceilings and trim to be painted.
